There is a risk and a possible financial exposure during the shipping and transportation process.
To help protect you in these circumstances, CFL now offers Cargo Insurance coverage directly Underwritten by an A1 Rated Insurance Company.
Securing the coverage is easy and in the unfortunate event of a loss, the claims process is quick and reliable.

Coverage begins from the time CFL takes possession (pickup) of the cargo from the Suppliers Door all the way through the transit to the final destination, as specified on the bill of lading.

Cargo is protected against “All Risk” of physical loss or damage from any external cause irrespective of percentage of loss. Subject to Master Policy terms and conditions; some exclusions/restrictions apply.

Insurance coverage remains in force for Seven ( 7 ) days after vessel discharge or cargo delivery, whichever occurs first. Concealed damage must be reported within three (3) days of delivery.

There is no deductible. You are covered for Approved cargo value plus the cost of freight.
